LITIGATION
I assist my clients before all judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Delhi - the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the District Courts of Delhi, Arbitrations, Tribunals, Forums etc. A few areas I have assisted clients in are:

I run a paperless office (as far as practicable in a profession that is extremely dependent on paper usage) and am always seeking ways in which to employ technology to increase reliability of services and quick turn-around times for my clients.
I am accredited with the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High Court Bar Association. My educational background is from prestigious institutions in India, Switzerland and the United States. While I am fluent in English and Hindi, I have a working knowledge of French and Russian.
